Weekly on Thursday evenings drop off the kids at 510pm for this fun fusion of kids yoga and wellness.

We offer pilates classes every Tuesday and Thursday. Pilates is a low impact strength training focusing on control and mind to muscle connection. Pilates strengthens, improves mobility and posture.

Brittany is hosting a 6 week yoga course where she will guide you through gentle movement, simple breathwork, and body awareness so you can build strength, stability, and confidence, from the ground up.
